Phone Staff Needed:
Rapidly growing Water Treatment company is looking to expand office staff.
Looking for someone who can handle moderate inbound call volume coupled with making outbound calls while working on proprietary computer systems.
Required Skills:
-Prior inbound phone handling/Customer Service experience
-Experience with Mac and Windows OS is a requirement.
-Detail Orientated
-Fluent in English; Grammar, spelling, punctuation
-The ability to work with minimal 'direct' supervision
-Pleasant phone demeanor
-Positive, pleasant, attitude and motivated to help
-Willing to learn and open to change
-Reliable transportation
-35-45 WPS
Bonus Skill Sets:
-Spanish speaking
-Minor IT/Networking experience
-Background in the water industry would extremely beneficial
-Cold Calling background
Angel Water Inc, based in Barrington, has a second office located in Elburn that has a need for 1 additional staff member. Initially the job will require a split commute between Barrington for training and practical application at the Elburn office.
This job will consist of taking inbound phone calls from customers, making outbound calls to our customers for service reminders, following up on sales quotes, and any overflow from the main office as required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phone based customer service, with some minor experience in scheduling service/delivery appointments and sales support.
