My name is Yaneris and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Analytical Lab Tech for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Barrington, IL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Conducts chemical and physical lab analyses to determine the composition and properties of foods and beverages, raw materials or ingredients, and packaging materials for research or quality assurance programs.
Assists in the processing of samples to a condition ready for analysis.
Records and reports data in LIMS system.
Responsible for sample grinding using a magic bullet type food grinder.
Responsible for cleaning the grinder with a three step cleaning steps.
Responsible for sample grinding using lab grinders.
