Details for the positions are as follows:
Job Description:
Conducts chemical and physical lab analyses to determine the composition and properties of foods and beverages, raw materials or ingredients, and packaging materials for research or quality assurance programs.
Responsibilities:
Assists in the processing of samples to a condition ready for analysis.
Records and reports data in LIMS system.
Sample grinding using a laboratory food grinder.
Cleaning the grinder with a three step cleaning steps.

Experience in analytical chemistry using various analytical techniques.
Experience in cGMP, GMP, or FDA food industry environment preferred.
