We are looking to fill several Sales Representative positions as well as a few key Management/Leadership positions. We are seeking only folks who are energetic, confident, customer focused and driven. Key qualities that must be demonstrated are the ability to take initiative, a skill set to maintain strong customer relationships, and the talent to develop sales territories within our industry. We sell high dollar construction and restoration services that produce large contracts, which,create high incomes for our sales teams. Our top sales reps earn well over $150,000
per year. Base +commissions
benefits for qualified individuals.

The Sales Representative positions require people with great communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude, the ability to run leads as well as the desire to cold call and close deals. Prior construction sales experience (roofing, exterior, interior,design) is a big plus but not a requirement. Computer skills and Xactimate training is a benefit. You must have a vehicle and good sales skills.

The Management opportunity requires the same skill-sets but experience in successfully managing a sales team or office territory is required within the construction industry. We are looking for an individual with real leadership ability to help our organization grow and develop in a specific territory with opportunity for advancement.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
