Formula Documentation Associate
Formula and Documentation Management 6 mo contract, Barrington, IL Will be responsible for providing direct assistance to company's ingredient vendors in utilizing our software solution for data and document submission.
Will include training and trouble-shooting as well as acting as liaison between Product Development and Regulatory teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Additionally, this position will assist Formula & Document Management systems analysts with a variety of tasks and in a variety of software programs including Product Vision and Documentum applications related to specification and formula management.
Requires:
Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written Ability to communicate effectively with outside vendors both domestic and international Ability to learn new software/database programs quickly and understands data interactions.
Some technical understanding of ingredient specifications used in the Food/Bev industry Business maturity in handling sensitive or proprietary information Proficient use of database/software applications; excellent communicator, professional demeanor, experience in Food/Bev industry Experience with Product Vision, Documentum, Trackwise, FileNet would be a plus PREFERRED Education or Work experience in a scientific discipline preferably within Food/Bev industry - Food Science, Analytical, Microbiology or in a Procurement function Why Kelly ?At Kelly Services , we work with the best.
