The Senior Counsel will be responsible for legal support across the global software and services business of Healthcare IT. In this role you will provide support for inbound licensing of third party software and other purchasing activity, and for insuring that inbound and outbound licenses support business requirements. The Sr. Counsel will also provide legal support to the Healthcare IT Chief Technology Officer as needed in conjunction with Intellectual Property and Privacy and Security teams.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
