We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and implementing various strategies to promote our office space and drive business growth.

Duties:
- Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms - Create engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, and videos - Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite - Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities - Collaborate with the sales team to develop advertising strategies and initiatives - Coordinate print advertising campaigns, including negotiating rates and managing deadlines - Manage company website content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms - Analyze marketing data and generate reports on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Assist with copywriting for promotional materials, website content, and email campaigns
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and managing social media platforms - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - Strong research skills to gather market insights and industry trends - Knowledge of advertising sales processes and strategies - Familiarity with print advertising production processes - Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for website management - Ability to analyze data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics - Excellent written communication skills for effective copy writing - Experience in social media platforms, Google Ads, Excel, Photoshop, Word and MS office.
