Must be able to commit working Tuesday and Thursdays from 2pm to close (anywhere between 4-6:
30pm), must be able to work 1-2 Saturdays a month from 9am-close (3/4 pm).

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Familiarizing yourself with the services we offer and FAQs about healing processes and post care to accurately assist anyone who inquires - Answer phone calls and respond to emails - Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members - Assist with tasks such as confirming appointments, taking inventory when needed, and restocking shelves - Provide support to the office staff as needed (i.
e.
assisting with switching over laundry for our aestheticians) Skills:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or experience in the beauty industry is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written - Social media savvy is a bonus Job Type:
