Being at the front desk, you will be the first person our patients see, therefore at all times you are representing our practice.
As a result, being personable and sociable to our patients creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is one of the most important aspects of the office.
This is a full - time position.
Compensation for this role ranges from $16.
00-$22.
00 per hour based on experience.
Experience at medical office is required.
Daily Tasks Will Involve:
Meeting and greeting patients, Scheduling patient appointments, Keeping the reception area tidy, Calling, Answering, Screening, and forwarding phone calls, Sorting and distributing files, Entering patient charges and payments, Verifying patient insurance plans, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
