We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Audit Director to join our stellar team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's auditing process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters.
This role is integral to our organization and will play a key role in ensuring our financial operations are conducted with the highest levels of integrity and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
1.
Lead the planning and execution of complex audit engagements in accordance with AICPA Audit Standards and PCAOB.
2.
Oversee the preparation and review of SEC filings, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.
3.
Develop and implement audit strategies and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
4.
Provide technical accounting guidance and support to management and other stakeholders.
5.
Conduct forensic accounting investigations as necessary to identify and resolve discrepancies or instances of fraud.
6.
Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
7.
Assist in the development of the company's risk management strategy.
8.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
9.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and best practices, ensuring the company's compliance.
10.
Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the finance department.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
2.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
3.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on auditing.
4.
Extensive knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC regulations, AICPA Audit Standards, and PCAOB.
5.
Proven experience in forensic and technical accounting.
6.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
7.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
9.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
10.
Proficiency in using financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
