Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:
30 to 6pm.
Must be able to multi-task and handle high volume of phone calls and patient check-in.
Personable and friendly with EXCELLENT customer service is a must.
Great work environment and team.
We prefer someone with medical reception experience (minimum 2 years).
Must have a good work history, reference will be checked.
Job Duties - Meet and greet patients - Schedule appointments for patients according to office protocol - Preregistration and referral monitoring - Verify insurance eligibility - Patient check in - Collect balances, co-pays, and coinsurance - Scan, file, and fax documents - Receive and convey messages electronically to medical staff - Liaison with patients, doctors, and medical staff in a kind and compassionate manner - Prior Authorizations and referrals Job Type:
