Responsibilities:
Generate invoices, lien wavers, and other billing related paperwork Issue contracts and review insurance certificates Data entry and payment of invoices Create and maintain project reporting spreadsheets Assist Office Manager and Project Management team with administrative tasks / projects Other duties and responsibilities reasonable and consistent with the position The ideal candidate will:
Have a positive disposition and the ability to work in a close team environment Work independently, be self-motivated with a desire to assume more responsibility and grow in the position Have strong communication and organization skills Be able to prioritize and multitask as necessary Be proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products, especially excel Have 2-3 years bookkeeping experience Have construction industry experience Job Type:
