Responsibilities:
Rooming patients, patient intake, vitals, and medication reconciliation; data entry into eClinicalWorks medical record Assist in exam rooms as needed Draw up injections as needed Give instructions or relay messages to patients as instructed by a physician Ensure all related reports, labs and information are filed and available in patient's medical records before their appointment Keep exam rooms stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintain instruments, and prepare sterilization as required Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls Skills:
Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette Ability to maintain adequate and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow We Offer:
