Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant! Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? Ortho Molecular Products, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a talented and motivated Executive Assistant to support our Senior Director of Marketing.
As an integral part of our dynamic Marketing Department, you will play a crucial role in driving our objectives forward and ensuring Marketing projects run smoothly.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for making a difference in the healthcare industry.
Oversee communication and workflow for marketing project dashboard, including managing project timelines and providing status reports for campaigns and department objectives.
Coordinate the Director's calendar, including appointment booking and optimizing time.
Provide monthly status reports on the marketing department budget.
Handle marketing correspondence for Sales Executives at Ortho Molecular Products, Inc.
Manage literature and marketing collateral inventories, including coordinating with the Stevens Point facility and preparing monthly inventory reports.
Place literature purchase orders with vendors.
Maintain version control and content management using SharePoint.
Organize marketing files and media library, including competitor catalogs.
Compile and maintain in-house mailing lists.
Set up marketing projects in the project management system and become an expert user.
What You Will Contribute:
High School Diploma or GED Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite High level of organizational ability Good people skills Attentiveness and Diligence What You Will Receive:
