Sells new and used vehicles while achieving and maintaining appropriate levels of finance income, volume, and customer satisfaction ESSENTIAL DUTIES Essential Duties include the following, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the initial and returning experience for each Customer is welcoming and consistently focused on exceptional service Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
Suggests alternative vehicles if necessary.
Follows the One&Only sales process.
Understands the terminology of the automobile business and keeps abreast of changes in product technology, incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc.
Provides thorough product information and demonstration to all prospects.
Offers test drives to all prospects.
Follows dealership procedure to obtain proper identification from customer before test drive begins.
Exhibits a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
Utilizes dealership CRM daily and to company expectation.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Fully explains product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
Offers all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
Ensures that the sales manager has an opportunity to meet each customer.
Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales.
Presents and sells finance products proficiently through the structured platform.
Prepares sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to customer arrival.
Delivers vehicles to customers as needed, ensuring that each customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
Introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership's service department and schedules first service appointment.
Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, we-owes, and special requests to be sure that all customer expectations are met.
Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, and assigned High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must have positive, solutions-based communication skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
