This is a practice that is focused on the best in gastrointestinal care and performs thousands of screening colonoscopies and upper endoscopies annually to help keep our patients healthy and promote early detection of serious illnesses.
The Medical Assistant is responsible to assist the medical providers with daily clinical tasks, including patient rooming, chart abstractions, preparing scripts, patient communications/results, and various other tasks that provide excellent patient care and follow up.
Qualifications:
Current Medical Assistant Certification Medical Asstistant Experience - 2 years BLS Certification Excellent Communication Skills EMR Experience Computer skills, typing skills Able to multi-task and follow through with pending tasks Job Type:
