Qualifications:
Medical Expertise:
Medical degree and board certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine.Licensing:
Active medical license in Illinois.Clinical
Experience:
Proven track record in providing hospice and palliative care, with a focus on inpatient settings.Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Continuous Learning:
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest advancements in hospice and palliative care. This position requires a minimum of 8 education hours. All personnel must attend mandatory educational programs.What We offer:

Provide hands-on, compassionate care in a dynamic 16-bed inpatient hospice facility.Collaborative Patient Care Leadership:
Engage with the inpatient interdisciplinary team and home hospice teams to shape and optimize patient care strategies.Quality Assurance:
Ensure the highest quality of care standards are met and exceeded within the inpatient hospice facility.Community Engagement:
